Text

(1)This section applies to a credit union service organization in which a credit union organized under this chapter has an ownership interest.
(2)(2)(a) A credit union service organization may provide a service only if the service is:
(2)(a)(i) (2)(a)(i)(A) listed in Subsection (2)(b); or
(2)(a)(i)(B) approved by the commissioner in accordance with Subsection (4)(b); and
(2)(a)(ii) (2)(a)(ii)(A) except for the extension of credit by the credit union service organization, limited primarily to:
(2)(a)(ii)(A)(I) credit unions that hold an ownership interest in the credit union service organization;
(2)(a)(ii)(A)(II) members of credit unions that hold an ownership interest in the credit union service organization;
(2)(a)(ii)(A)(III) members of credit unions that contract with the credit unio
