§ 63O-1-201 — Capitol building -- Direction and control.

(1)In the basement of the State Capitol:
(1)(a) except as provided in Subsections (1)(b) and (c), the entire basement is under the direction and control of the board, which shall allocate space, as needed, for security offices, the Supreme Court, and others;
(1)(b) the following areas are under the direction and control of the Legislature:
(1)(b)(i) the Legislative Printing office and Bill Room;
(1)(b)(ii) the Sergeant Lounge; and
(1)(b)(iii) the press room; and
(1)(c) the following areas in the southwest corner are under the direction and control of the governor:
(1)(c)(i) the governor's parking area;
(1)(c)(ii) the operations center;
(1)(c)(iii) the executive suite; and
(1)(c)(iv) the executive detail area.
