§ 63M-7-903 — Chair and vice chair -- Procedure -- Subcommittees.

(1)(1)(a) Except as provided in Subsection (1)(b), the governor shall appoint, with the advice and consent of the Senate, a chair from among the membership of the commission.
(1)(b) A member who is a legislator may not be appointed as the chair of the commission.
(1)(c) The chair of the commission shall serve a two-year term.
(2)(2)(a) The members of the commission shall elect a vice chair from among the membership of the commission.
(2)(b) The vice chair of the commission shall serve a two-year term.
(2)(c) A member who is a legislator may not be elected as the vice chair of the commission.
(3)(3)(a) A majority of the members of the commission constitutes a quorum.
(3)(b) The action of a majority of a quorum constitutes the action of the commission.
(4)The commission shall meet quarte
