§ 63M-11-204 — Annual report by the commission.

(1)(1)(a) The commission shall annually prepare and publish a report directed to the:
(1)(a)(i) governor; and
(1)(a)(ii) Health and Human Services Interim Committee.
(1)(b) The report described in Subsection (1)(a) shall:
(1)(b)(i) describe how the commission fulfilled its statutory purposes and duties during the year; and
(1)(b)(ii) contain recommendations on how the state should act to address issues relating to the aging population.
(2)(2)(a) The commission shall:
(2)(a)(i) prepare and publish a 10-year master plan with recommendations for services affecting the aging population; and
(2)(a)(ii) no later than November 1 of 2023, submit the master plan and the commission's work plan described in Subsection (2)(b) in writing to:
(2)(a)(ii)(A) the governor; and
(2)(a)(ii)(B) the Health a
