As used in this chapter:

(1)"Commission" means the Cybersecurity Commission created in this chapter.
(2)"Critical infrastructure" includes the following sectors the United States Department of Homeland Security identifies as critical:
(2)(a) chemical;
(2)(b) commercial facilities;
(2)(c) communications;
(2)(d) critical manufacturing;
(2)(e) dams;
(2)(f) defense industrial base;
(2)(g) emergency services;
(2)(h) energy;
(2)(i) financial services;
(2)(j) food and agriculture;
(2)(k) government facilities;
(2)(l) healthcare and public health;
(2)(m) information technology;
(2)(n) nuclear reactors, nuclear materials, and nuclear waste;
(2)(o) transportation systems; and
(2)(p) water and wastewater systems.
