(1)There is created the Outdoor Adventure Commission consisting of the following 15 members:
(1)(a) one member of the Senate, appointed by the president of the Senate;
(1)(b) one member of the House of Representatives, appointed by the speaker of the House of Representatives;
(1)(c) the managing director of the Utah Office of Tourism, or the managing director's designee;
(1)(d) the director of the Division of Outdoor Recreation, or the director's designee;
(1)(e) the director of the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration, or the director's designee;
(1)(f) a designee of the Division of State Parks;
(1)(g) a representative of the agriculture industry appointed jointly by the president of the Senate and the speaker of the House of Representatives;
