§ 61-2f-404 — Disciplinary action -- Judicial review.

(1)(1)(a) On the basis of a violation of this chapter, the commission with the concurrence of the director, may issue an order:
(1)(a)(i) imposing an educational requirement;
(1)(a)(ii) imposing a civil penalty not to exceed the greater of:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) except as provided in Subsection (1)(a)(ii)(B), $5,000 for each violation;
(1)(a)(ii)(B) $10,000 for each violation, if the person knew or should have known that the property owner was an individual 65 years old or older, or a vulnerable adult; or
(1)(a)(ii)(C) the amount of any gain or economic benefit derived from each violation;
(1)(a)(iii) taking any of the following actions related to a license, registration, or certificate:
(1)(a)(iii)(A) revoking;
(1)(a)(iii)(B) suspending;
(1)(a)(iii)(C) placing on probation;
(1)(a)(iii)(D) denyin
