§ 61-2c-509 — Disciplinary actions.
Utah·Title 61 Securities Division - Real Estate Division·Ch. 61-2c Utah Residential Mortgage Practices and Licensing Act·Part 61-2c-5 Residential Mortgage Loan Education, Research, and Recovery Fund
(1)This part does not limit the authority of the director or commission to take disciplinary action against a licensee for a violation of:
(1)(a) this chapter; or
(1)(b) rules made by the division under this chapter.
(2)The repayment in full of all obligations to the fund by a licensee does not nullify or modify the effect of a disciplinary proceeding brought under:
(2)(a) this chapter; or
(2)(b) rules made by the division under this chapter.
