§ 61-2c-104 — Residential Mortgage Regulatory Commission.

Utah·Title 61 Securities Division - Real Estate Division·Ch. 61-2c Utah Residential Mortgage Practices and Licensing Act·Part 61-2c-1 General Provisions
(1)(1)(a) There is created within the division the "Residential Mortgage Regulatory Commission" consisting of the following members appointed by the executive director with the approval of the governor:
(1)(a)(i) four members who:
(1)(a)(i)(A) have at least three years of experience in transacting the business of residential mortgage loans; and
(1)(a)(i)(B) are licensed under this chapter at the time of and during appointment; and
(1)(a)(ii) one member from the general public.
(1)(b) (1)(b)(i) The executive director with the approval of the governor may appoint an alternate member to the board.
(1)(b)(ii) The alternate member shall:
(1)(b)(ii)(A) at the time of the appointment, have at least three years of experience in transacting the business of residential mortgage loans; and
(1)(b)(
