Utah·Title 53E Public Education System -- State Administration·Ch. 53E-3 State Board of Education Organization, Powers, and Duties·Part 53E-3-9 Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children
The governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint a compact commissioner to carry out the duties described in this part.
