Text
(1)Beginning January 1, 2027, the state board shall:
(1)(a) publish on the state board's website a record of each vote by the state board, including:
(1)(a)(i) the date, time, and place of the meeting;
(1)(a)(ii) the subject of the vote;
(1)(a)(iii) the names of state board members present and absent;
(1)(a)(iv) the result of the vote, including each board member's individual vote; and
(1)(a)(v) the audio or video associated with the vote;
(1)(b) distribute a contract the state board intends to consider at a meeting to each state board member at least five days before the date on which the meeting is scheduled to occur;
(1)(c) ensure the information described in Subsection (1)(a) is accessible through a single click from the state board's home webpage; and
(1)(d) post the information requ
