(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Educator" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53E-6-102.
(1)(b) "Educator credential database" means a database used by the state board that:
(1)(b)(i) contains educator credential information and LEA information; and
(1)(b)(ii) is used by the state board to determine funding distribution.
(2)Before July 1, 2020, the state board shall ensure that a technical limitation of the educator credential database does not prevent an educator from accepting employment at more than one LEA.
