(1)(1)(a) School meals program revenues shall be under the control of the state board and may only be disbursed, transferred, or drawn upon by the state board's order.
(1)(b) The school meals program revenues may only be used to provide school meals and a school meals program in the state's LEAs in accordance with standards established by the state board.
(2)(2)(a) The state board shall apportion the school meals program revenues according to the number of school children receiving school meals in each LEA.
(2)(b) The state board and LEA governing boards shall employ staff to administer and supervise the school meals program and purchase supplies and equipment.
(3)The costs of the school meals program shall be included in the state board's annual budget.
