(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Financial and economic activities" include activities related to the topics listed in Subsection (1)(b).
(1)(b) "Financial and economic literacy concepts" include concepts related to the following topics:
(1)(b)(i) basic budgeting;
(1)(b)(ii) saving and financial investments;
(1)(b)(iii) banking and financial services, including balancing a checkbook or a bank account and online banking services;
(1)(b)(iv) career management, including earning an income;
(1)(b)(v) rights and responsibilities of renting or buying a home;
(1)(b)(vi) retirement planning;
(1)(b)(vii) loans and borrowing money, including interest, credit card debt, predatory lending, and payday loans;
(1)(b)(viii) insurance;
(1)(b)(ix) federal, state, and local taxes;
(1)(b)(x) charitable gi
