Text

(1)Unless otherwise provided in statute, if a state officer or an official of a state institution is required to obtain crime insurance in favor of the state, the state officer or executive director of the state institution shall:
(1)(a) ensure that the crime insurance policy is obtained as required by statute; and
(1)(b) keep proof of insurance on file at the administrative office of the:
(1)(b)(i) state officer or the state institution; or
(1)(b)(ii) Division of Risk Management.
(2)A state official shall file the state official's oath of office with the Division of Archives and Records Service created under Section 63A-12-101.
