§ 32B-6-1005 — Specific operational requirements for hospitality amenity license.

(1)(1)(a) In addition to complying with Chapter 5, Part 3, Retail Licensee Operational Requirements, a hospitality amenity licensee and staff of the hospitality amenity licensee shall comply with this section.
(1)(b) Failure to comply as provided in Subsection (1)(a) may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Chapter 3, Disciplinary Actions and Enforcement Act, against:
(1)(b)(i) the hospitality amenity licensee;
(1)(b)(ii) individual staff of the hospitality amenity licensee; or
(1)(b)(iii) both the hospitality amenity licensee and staff of the hospitality amenity licensee.
(2)(2)(a) A hospitality amenity licensee may sell, offer for sale, or furnish an alcoholic product:
(2)(a)(i) to a hospitality guest; and
(2)(a)(ii) for consumption in or on the hospitality amenity licensee
