(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Alcohol-related law enforcement officer" means a law enforcement officer employed by the Department of Public Safety that has as a primary responsibility:
(1)(a)(i) the enforcement of this title; or
(1)(a)(ii) the enforcement of Title 41, Chapter 6a, Part 5, Driving Under the Influence and Reckless Driving.
(1)(b) "Enforcement ratio" is the number calculated as follows:
(1)(b)(i) determine the quotient equal to the sum of the total number of quota retail licenses available and the total number of licensed premises operating under a master full-service restaurant license or under a master limited-service restaurant license divided by the total number of alcohol-related law enforcement officers; and
(1)(b)(ii) round the number determined in accordance wi
