§ 32B-6-1003 — Commission's power to issue hospitality amenity license.

(1)Before a person may store, sell, offer for sale, furnish, or allow the consumption of an alcoholic product on the person's premises as a hospitality amenity licensee, the person shall first obtain a hospitality amenity license from the commission in accordance with this part.
(2)(2)(a) The commission may only issue a hospitality amenity license to a hotel or a resort.
(2)(b) Beginning November 1, 2020, the commission may issue a hospitality amenity license to establish hospitality amenity licensed premises at places and in numbers the commission considers proper for the storage, sale, offer for sale, furnishing, and consumption of alcoholic products on premises operated as a hospitality amenity licensee.
