§ 32B-3-303 — Acts making a person subject to this part.

Utah·Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act·Ch. 32B-3 Disciplinary Actions and Enforcement Act·Part 32B-3-3 Nuisance Retail Licensee Act
(1)One or more of the following acts constitute a nuisance activity:
(1)(a) a single felony conviction within the last two years of:
(1)(a)(i) a retail licensee; or
(1)(a)(ii) supervisory or managerial level staff of the retail licensee;
(1)(b) a single conviction under Title 58, Chapter 37, Utah Controlled Substances Act:
(1)(b)(i) (1)(b)(i)(A) of a retail licensee; or
(1)(b)(i)(B) staff of the retail licensee;
(1)(b)(ii) within the last two years; and
(1)(b)(iii) made on the basis of an act that occurs on the licensed premises;
(1)(c) three or more convictions of patrons of a retail licensee under Title 58, Chapter 37, Utah Controlled Substances Act, if:
(1)(c)(i) the convictions are made on the basis of an act that occurs on the licensed premises; and
(1)(c)(ii) there is evidence that
