Text

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Applicable department employee" means a department employee who is:
(1)(a)(i) designated as a deputy or assistant director;
(1)(a)(ii) a chief administrative officer of a division within the department;
(1)(a)(iii) a department compliance officer; or
(1)(a)(iv) an employee directly performing purchasing, licensing, or compliance functions of the department.
(1)(b) "Immediate family" means an individual's:
(1)(b)(i) spouse; or
(1)(b)(ii) child who is younger than 18 years of age.
(1)(c) "Permit" does not include:
(1)(c)(i) an industrial or manufacturing use permit;
(1)(c)(ii) a scientific or educational use permit; or
(1)(c)(iii) a religious wine use permit.
