§ 32B-17-302 — Notifying the department of change of ownership.
Utah·Title 32B Alcoholic Beverage Control Act·Ch. 32B-17 Liquor Transport License Act·Part 32B-17-3 Operational Requirements for Liquor Transport License
The commission may suspend or revoke a liquor transport license if a liquor transport licensee does not immediately notify the department of a change in:
(1)ownership of the liquor transport service;
(2)for a corporate owner:
(2)(a) the corporate officers or directors; or
(2)(b) shareholders holding at least 20% of the total issued and outstanding stock of the corporation; or
(3)for a limited liability company:
(3)(a) the managers; or
(3)(b) the members owing at least 20% of the limited liability company.
