Text

(1)A distillery manufacturing license allows a distillery manufacturing licensee to:
(1)(a) store, manufacture, transport, import, or export liquor;
(1)(b) sell liquor to:
(1)(b)(i) the department;
(1)(b)(ii) an out-of-state customer who is at least 21 years old, as the state in which the customer is located permits; and
(1)(b)(iii) as provided in Subsection (2);
(1)(c) purchase an alcoholic product for mixing and manufacturing purposes if the department is notified of:
(1)(c)(i) the purchase; and
(1)(c)(ii) the date of delivery;
(1)(d) warehouse on the distillery manufacturing licensee's licensed premises an alcoholic product that the distillery manufacturing licensee manufactures or purchases for manufacturing purposes;
(1)(e) if the distillery manufacturing licensee holds two or more
