Text

(1)For each violation of a provision of this title involving the sale of an alcoholic product to a minor that staff of a retail licensee or off-premise beer retailer commits, the commission shall:
(1)(a) maintain a record of the violation until the record is expunged in accordance with Subsection (3);
(1)(b) include in the record described in Subsection (1)(a):
(1)(b)(i) the name of the individual who committed the violation;
(1)(b)(ii) the name of the retail licensee or off-premise beer retailer; and
(1)(b)(iii) the date of the adjudication of the violation; and
(1)(c) provide the information described in Subsection (1)(b) to the Department of Public Safety within 30 days after the day on which the violation is adjudicated.
