(1)(1)(a) It is unlawful for a person to transfer that person's proof of age to another person to aid that person:
(1)(a)(i) in procuring an alcoholic product;
(1)(a)(ii) in gaining admittance to a restricted area; or
(1)(a)(iii) in obtaining employment that under this title may not be obtained by a minor.
(1)(b) A person who permits that person's proof of age to be used by another for a purpose stated in Subsection (1)(a) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
(2)(2)(a) It is unlawful for a person to use a proof of age containing false information with the intent to:
(2)(a)(i) procure an alcoholic product;
(2)(a)(ii) gain admittance to a restricted area; or
(2)(a)(iii) obtain employment that under this title may not be obtained by a minor.
(2)(b) Except as provided in Section 32B-4-411, a
