§ 15A-1-402 — Definitions.
Utah·Title 15A State Construction and Fire Codes Act·Ch. 15A-1 General Chapter·Part 15A-1-4 State Fire Code Administration Act
As used in this part:
(1)"Division" means the State Fire Marshal Division created in Section 53-7-103.
(2)"Legislative action" includes legislation that:
(2)(a) adopts a State Fire Code;
(2)(b) amends a State Fire Code; or
(2)(c) repeals one or more provisions of a State Fire Code.
