Text

(1)As used in this section, "local government entity" means a county or municipality.
(2)A local government entity may not:
(2)(a) require a person to obtain a business license or permit from the local government entity to engage in a practice described in Subsection 58-11a-304(5); or
(2)(b) prevent or limit a person's ability to engage in a practice described in Subsection 58-11a-304(5) by requiring the person to engage in the practice at a specific location or at a particular type of facility or location.
