Text

(1)The lake authority's board shall consist of 15 members, as provided in Subsection (2).
(2)(2)(a) The governor shall appoint two board members, at least one of whom shall be from the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity.
(2)(b) The president of the Senate shall appoint as one board member an individual who holds office as a member of the Senate and whose Senate district includes an area within Utah County.
(2)(c) The speaker of the House of Representatives shall appoint as one board member an individual who holds office as a member of the House of Representatives and whose House of Representatives district includes an area within Utah County.
(2)(d) The legislative body of Utah County shall appoint a member of the legislative body of Utah County as a board member.
