Text

(1)The board shall consist of seven voting members as provided in Subsection (2).
(2)(2)(a) The governor shall appoint as board members three individuals with experience in economic development, corporate recruitment, workforce development, real estate development, or other relevant business experience.
(2)(b) The president of the Senate shall appoint as a board member one individual with relevant business expertise.
(2)(c) The speaker of the House of Representatives shall appoint as a board member one individual with relevant business expertise.
(2)(d) The mayor of Salt Lake County, or the mayor's designee, shall serve as a board member.
(2)(e) The mayor of the city of Draper, or the mayor's designee, shall serve as a board member.
