Text

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Aviation fuel" means fuel that is:
(1)(a)(i) used by a carrier; and
(1)(a)(ii) subject to an aviation fuel tax under Title 59, Chapter 13, Part 4, Aviation Fuel.
(1)(b) "Aviation fuel incentive" means a grant awarded by the authority to a qualifying carrier from the incentive account as provided in this section.
(1)(c) "Aviation fuel project" means a project for the development of facilities in the state to increase the production of aviation fuel.
(1)(d) "Base production year" means the fiscal year designated by the authority under Subsection (3).
(1)(e) "Carrier" means a federally certificated air carrier, as defined in Section 59-13-102.
(1)(f) "Commission" means the State Tax Commission.
(1)(g) "Incentive account" means an account that the authorit
