Text

As used in this chapter:

(1)(1)(a) "Enclosed mobile business" means a business that maintains ongoing mobility and of which the receipt of goods or services offered and point of sales occurs within an enclosed vehicle, an enclosed trailer, or an enclosed mobile structure.
(1)(b) An enclosed mobile business's goods or services include those offered in the following industries:
(1)(b)(i) barber;
(1)(b)(ii) beauty and cosmetic, including nail, eyelash, and waxing;
(1)(b)(iii) cycling;
(1)(b)(iv) cell phone;
(1)(b)(v) computer;
(1)(b)(vi) footwear;
(1)(b)(vii) media archive and transfer;
(1)(b)(viii) pet grooming;
(1)(b)(ix) sewing and tailoring;
(1)(b)(x) small engine; and
(1)(b)(xi) tool.
(1)(c) "Enclosed mobile business" does not include a food cart, a food truck, or an ice cream truck. (2
