Text

As used in this chapter:

(1)"Livestock" means cattle, sheep, goats, swine, horses, mules, poultry, or domesticated elk as defined in Section 4-39-102.
(2)"Political subdivision" means:
(2)(a) a municipality as defined in Section 10-1-104; or
(2)(b) a county, as it relates to the regulation of livestock in the unincorporated area of the county.
