§ 11-13a-104 — Quorum of the governing board -- Meetings of the governing board.

(1)(1)(a) A majority of the governing board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of governing board business.
(1)(b) Action by a majority of a quorum constitutes action of the governing board.
(2)The governing board shall hold regular and special meetings as the governing board determines at a location that the governing board determines.
(3)(3)(a) The governing board shall ensure that each meeting of the governing board complies with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.
(3)(b) Subject to Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act, a governing board shall:
(3)(b)(i) adopt rules of order and procedure to govern a public meeting of the governing board;
(3)(b)(ii) conduct a public meeting in accordance with the governing board's rules of order and procedure; and
