§ 11-13-401 — Application.
Utah·Title 11 Cities, Counties, and Local Taxing Units·Ch. 11-13 Interlocal Cooperation Act·Part 11-13-4 Governance
(1)Except as provided in Subsection (2), and notwithstanding any other provision of law, this part applies to a governing authority created under this chapter.
(2)This part does not apply to:
(2)(a) a taxed interlocal entity, as defined in Section 11-13-602; or
(2)(b) a project entity.
