§ 11-13-206 — Requirements for agreements for joint or cooperative action.

Utah·Title 11 Cities, Counties, and Local Taxing Units·Ch. 11-13 Interlocal Cooperation Act·Part 11-13-2 Public Agencies' Joint Exercise of Powers
(1)Each agreement under Section 11-13-202, 11-13-203, 11-13-205, or 11-13-227 shall specify:
(1)(a) its duration;
(1)(b) if the agreement creates an interlocal entity:
(1)(b)(i) the precise organization, composition, and nature of the interlocal entity;
(1)(b)(ii) the powers delegated to the interlocal entity;
(1)(b)(iii) the manner in which the interlocal entity is to be governed; and
(1)(b)(iv) subject to Subsection (2), the manner in which the members of its governing board are to be appointed or selected;
(1)(c) its purpose or purposes;
(1)(d) the manner of financing the joint or cooperative action and of establishing and maintaining a budget for it;
(1)(e) the permissible method or methods to be employed in accomplishing the partial or complete termination of the agreement and for d
