§ 10-20-618 — Regulation of building design elements prohibited -- Regulation of parking spaces prohibited -- Exceptions.

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Affordable housing" means housing occupied or reserved for occupancy that is priced at 80% of the county median home price.
(1)(b) "Building design element" means:
(1)(b)(i) exterior color;
(1)(b)(ii) type or style of exterior cladding material;
(1)(b)(iii) style, dimensions, or materials of a roof structure, roof pitch, or porch;
(1)(b)(iv) exterior nonstructural architectural ornamentation;
(1)(b)(v) location, design, placement, or architectural styling of a window or door;
(1)(b)(vi) location, design, placement, or architectural styling of a garage door, not including a rear-loading garage door;
(1)(b)(vii) number or type of rooms;
(1)(b)(viii) interior layout of a room;
(1)(b)(ix) minimum square footage over 1,000 square feet, not including a garag
