(1)(1)(a) If a municipality requires notice to adjacent property owners, the municipality shall:
(1)(a)(i) mail notice to the record owner of each parcel within parameters specified by municipal ordinance; or
(1)(a)(ii) post notice on the property with a sign of sufficient size, durability, print quality, and location that is reasonably calculated to give notice to passers-by.
(1)(b) If a municipality mails notice to third party property owners under Subsection (1)(a), it shall mail equivalent notice to property owners within an adjacent jurisdiction.
(2)(2)(a) As used in this Subsection (2), "high priority transportation corridor" means a transportation corridor identified as a high priority transportation corridor under Section 72-5-403.
