Text

(1)Before preparing a proposed general plan or a comprehensive general plan amendment, each municipality within a county of the first or second class shall provide 10 calendar days notice of the municipality's intent to prepare a proposed general plan or a comprehensive general plan amendment:
(1)(a) to each affected entity;
(1)(b) to the Utah Geospatial Resource Center created in Section 63A-16-505;
(1)(c) to the association of governments, established in accordance with an interlocal agreement under Title 11, Chapter 13, Interlocal Cooperation Act, of which the municipality is a member; and
(1)(d) for the municipality, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for at least 10 days.
