(1)(1)(a) After the day of certification as described in Subsection 10-2-807(3) and within the time described in Subsection (1)(b), the municipal legislative body shall provide notice:
(1)(a)(i) for the area proposed for annexation and any unincorporated area within 1/2 mile of the area proposed for annexation, as a class B notice under Section 63G-30-102; and
(1)(a)(ii) by mailing written notice to each affected entity.
(1)(b) The municipal legislative body shall provide the notice:
(1)(b)(i) described in Subsection (1)(a)(i) no later than 10 days after the day of certification; and
(1)(b)(ii) described in Subsection (1)(a)(ii) no later than 20 days after the day of certification.
