Text

(1)The district court may:
(1)(a) enforce compliance with any order issued to give effect to this part by proceedings for contempt; and
(1)(b) appoint any person to assist it in carrying out the provisions of this part.
(2)(2)(a) Upon entering an order approving the dissolution of a municipality, the district court shall file with the lieutenant governor:
(2)(a)(i) a copy of a notice of an impending boundary action, as defined in Section 67-1a-6.5, that meets the requirements of Subsection 67-1a-6.5(3); and
(2)(a)(ii) a certified copy of the court order approving the dissolution.
(2)(b) Upon the lieutenant governor's issuance of a certificate of dissolution under Section 67-1a-6.5:
(2)(b)(i) the municipality is dissolved; and
(2)(b)(ii) the court shall:
