§ 10-18-102 — Definitions.

As used in this chapter:

(1)(1)(a) "Broadband service" means a mass-market retail or wholesale service that provides, via wire or radio, the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the service.
(1)(b) "Broadband service" does not include dial-up Internet access service.
(2)"Cable television service" means:
(2)(a) the one-way transmission to subscribers of:
(2)(a)(i) video programming; or
(2)(a)(ii) other programming service; and
(2)(b) subscriber interaction, if any, that is required for the selection or use of:
(2)(b)(i) the video programming; or
(2)(b)(ii) other programming service.
(3)"Capital cost" means the cost of providing a service that is capit
