Sec. 183.006. CRIMINAL PENALTY.
(a)A person commits an offense if the person violates this chapter.
(b)An offense under this section is punishable by:
(1)a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $200;
(2)confinement in jail for not less than six months and not more than one year; or
(3)both the fine and confinement.
