Sec. 18.003. COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP.
(a)The committee is composed of eight ex officio members as follows:
(1)the presiding officer of the commission;
(2)the chief executive officer of the independent organization certified under Section 39.151 for the ERCOT power region;
(3)the comptroller;
(4)the executive director of the Texas Facilities Commission;
(5)the executive director of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation;
(6)the director of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs;
(7)the presiding officer of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality; and
(8)the commissioner of the General Land Office.
(b)An ex officio member may designate an employee of the member's agency or office to serve in the member's place.
