Sec. 181.105. CRIMINAL PENALTY.

(a)A person who violates a provision of this chapter commits an offense.
(b)An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000. A separate offense is committed each day a violation occurs. SUBCHAPTER D. RESTRICTION ON MUNICIPALITIES
