Sec. 722.014. CRIMINAL PENALTY.
(a)A person commits an offense if the person violates this chapter.
(b)An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:
(1)a fine not to exceed $500; and
(2)confinement in the county jail for a term not to exceed six months.
