Sec. 680.001. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:

(1)"Department" means the Department of Public Safety.
(2)"Motorcycle" has the meaning assigned that term by Section 661.001 .
(3)"Person" means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, association, or other private entity.
