Sec. 645.001. FEDERAL UNIFIED CARRIER REGISTRATION; DEFINITION.

(a)In this chapter, "unified carrier registration plan and agreement" means the federal unified carrier registration plan and agreement provided by 49 U.S.C. Section 14504a.
(b)The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles may, to the fullest extent practicable, participate in the unified carrier registration plan and agreement.
