Sec. 454.009. ANNUAL REPORT.
(a)Not later than February 1 of each year, the superintendent or manager of a mass transportation system shall file with the mayor of the municipality a detailed report of the operations for the year ending the preceding January 1, showing the total sums collected, the balance due, the total disbursements made, and amounts remaining unpaid as a result of the operation of the system during the year.
(b)A superintendent or manager commits an offense if the superintendent or manager fails to file as required by Subsection (a). An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000.
