Sec. 396.002. INJUNCTION.

(a)A person is entitled to an injunction to prohibit a violation or threatened violation of this chapter or of a county ordinance adopted under this chapter.
(b)The venue for the injunction proceeding is in the county in which any part of the junkyard or automotive wrecking and salvage yard is located. SUBCHAPTER B. SCREENING REQUIREMENTS AND LOCATION
