Sec. 283.207. BOND APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION.
(a)A bond issued under this chapter may be presented to the attorney general for approval in the same manner and with like effect as is provided for the approval of a tax bond issued by a county.
(b)After approval by the attorney general, the comptroller shall register the bonds as in the case of other county bonds.
