Sec. 252.211. SALARY OF ROAD SUPERINTENDENT.
(a)A road superintendent's salary shall be paid at stated intervals on the order of the commissioners court.
(b)The commissioners court may suspend the salary of a road superintendent whose services are no longer needed.
